Hi Michael. Thank you for your review! As much as we would love to, sometimes, we cannot offer the level of coverage for your vehicle that you may be looking for. Factors such as the age and mileage of the vehicle are often the cause. We appreciate your trust in our business regardless.

Hi Noah, thank you for your review! We totally understand your disappointment, and it is always our goal to offer the most comprehensive coverage available for any vehicle at the best price! It sounds like we were only able to offer Powertrain coverage for your vehicle, which can be the case for high-mileage and older cars.

It sounds like that was your experience and we truly apologize for any inconvenience this caused. Unfortunately, anything outside of the scope of the policy will not be approved and paid for. Hi Aisha. Thank you for your review. We totally understand the disappointment when a vehicle does not qualify for higher coverage. Typically, high mileage vehicles will not be eligible for top-tier coverage. We hope that we can welcome you into the Snoop Family when the time is right!
