Super quick and immaculate quality
Super quick responses, very helpful when I had some sizing questions. Shipped and arrived way earlier than expected! Also, the quality of the shoes is excellent!

Not legit
Not legit. After a month of telling me shoes were on the way and even saying UPS had the package, the "seller" then said the shoes are being sent back to China. A month of lies... Have WhatsApp Chat log for proof. This company then offered a promo code for me to reorder! Why would I give them more $? A solid company would have found a way to get me the shoes. Don't order from this company - you won't get your shoes and you will waste 30 days of time and $.

Dear customer, Regarding your order, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. As our CS team explained to you, your order was detained by the US customs in the customs monitoring UPS warehouse at the airport after arriving in the U.S. We are so sorry for the unexpected shipping accident, but it's a common situation in cross-border trading. When we got this news from the courier company, we made a full refund the first time for your order and also offered an extra compensation solution. Our solutions comply with the delivery guarantee we provided. No money loss was incurred by you. We always believe that customer satisfaction and trust are more valuable than gold. And we are always trying our best to provide the best service as much as we can to each customer. Best regards SneakersTrend support team

Never got my shoes
Never got my shoes. CS kept providing fake updates for nearly a month. Sent CS 4 emails and no response yet.

I was a little nervous ordering since it was my first time, but everything went perfectly! My Jordan 4 Union's came in the original box and looked exactly like the photos. They kept me updated the whole time and there weren't any extra fees. I will for sure be ordering again!

The product was perfect.
The product was perfect. Just a heads up that returns aren't that easy, so make sure you order the right size!
Response from Sneaker-Trends.ComAug 26, 2024
Hi there, Thank you for your feedback! We're glad to hear that the product was perfect. We understand that returns can be a bit challenging, especially with overseas shipping. The return process might take a bit longer due to the distance involved. We recommend double-checking sizes before ordering, but if you ever need assistance, we're here to help guide you through it! Best regards, SneakersTrend
