Outstanding Customer Service Despite Delivery Issues. I have not received the sneakers yet due to a delivery issue caused by DHL. However, Sneakerstrend immediately offered to send me a new pair free of charge. That is truly fantastic customer service and highly appreciated. Great support and very professional handling of the situation!

Hat super geklappt mit dem bestellen, haben mit mir nach dem bestellen direkt über WhatsApp kontakt aufgenommen, man bekommt dann nämlich auch die Sendungsnummer über WhatsApp die man eben dann auf DHL HOMEPAGE eingeben kann um zu sehen wo das Paket ist!
Hat 10 Tage gedauert bis es bei mir in Österreich war, war richtig Glücklich wie ich das Paket bekommen habe, war sogar mit Zertifikat versehen;)
Schuhe schauen genauso aus wie auf der Homepage
Aja und wenn man aus Versehen was doppelt bestellt wird man sofort über WhatsApp Kontaktiert, wo man es auch stornieren kann bzw geht das auch per mail… hab sogar das Geld am selben Tag zurück überwiesen bekommen

Slecht bedrijf
Slecht bedrijf. In oktober 2025 schoenen besteld geleverd in november in december zijn de schoenen al kapot.
Heb ze een keer of 5 gedragen, zit er al een gat aan de zijkant van de schoen. Duidelijk een fabriek fout. Firma gemaild doet geen enkele moeite om het op te lossen. Dus ben gewaarschuwd je koopt schoenen en daarna geen enkele service. Alleen geld innen

Uw bestelling is op 22 oktober geleverd. Eind december heeft u contact met ons opgenomen over schade aan de zijkant van de schoenen na beperkt gebruik. Wij hebben de door u aangeleverde foto’s zorgvuldig beoordeeld.
Op basis van de locatie en kenmerken van de beschadiging lijkt het om een plaatselijke scheur te gaan die niet langs een naad of lijmverbinding loopt. Dit wijst erop dat de schade waarschijnlijk is ontstaan door externe belasting en niet door een fabricagefout.
Omdat uw melding buiten onze standaard garantieperiode viel, konden wij geen vervanging aanbieden. Desondanks hebben wij uit coulance extra ondersteuning geboden om tot een redelijke oplossing te komen.
Wij waarderen uw feedback en nemen alle opmerkingen van klanten serieus. Mocht u opnieuw contact met ons willen opnemen, dan bekijken wij de situatie graag verder.

BUYER BEWARE - I purchased 2 pairs of shoes from this company. First pair of nikes fit great. The second pair were too short. After a lot of back and forth I was offered $35 back for the shoes I paid $123 for or ship back (shipping costs more than the shoes) for a bigger size. I have owned Adidas/Yeezys in the past and explained these shoes are not 1:1 or they would fit me like the real versions. They refused to own up and take care of the issue. I won't purchase from them again.
Update to respond: There is more to the construction of the shoe than just the outsole and insole. Clearly there is a build issue and this can't be a 1:1 if I can't even keep the shoe on my foot for more than a minute without it hurting (unlike all adidas including original Yeezys in question). Keep making excuses to not own up to any possibility of an issue on your end. I wrote my review as I said I would and I will be out the money since I can't even wear these shoes but I won't keep my mouth shut regarding the fact that you refuse to own up to the issue. I know I won't waste my money again.

Regarding returns: international return shipping costs can vary, but we’ve processed many returns without customers encountering excessive fees.
That said, we stand by the accuracy and quality of our products, and our team always strives for transparency and fairness. The solution we offered remains open if you’d still like to accept it.
