Wish I could give 5 stars...BUT
Here’s the thing. The collars are very nice quality and well made.. the biggest issue is their shipping and communication. I just received an order (5/29/21) that I ordered on 4/22/21... that’s 5 weeks. Insane. I emailed Aubrey Sabit and she was friendly enough but sent me tracking information 2 weeks before my collars even left New Jersey. I’d check daily and it’d just say “label created.” This is so frustrating. I love the product but I’m hesitant to order again due to their shipping time being absolutely ridiculous. If you are in NO HURRY whatsoever and don’t mind waiting nearly a month and a half for a dog collar, I’d highly recommend. You can’t beat their prices and quality. But be prepared to be waiting A LONG TIME for your order to actually arrive. I’d asked Aubrey multiple times if these were made in the USA and she said they were.. they are not. I can see the Asian post stamp under the USPS stamp. It’s just a long process. Be warned!
