I placed an order for multiple cat and dog collars. When I received my order one of the cat collars was incorrect. I notified Snazzy Fido and they rushed a replacement to me. I will continue to do business with them in the future. Customer service was excellent. I know errors happen, it is how they dealt with the error that will keep me coming back.

We love these collars! Love that you can put the name and yr phone # in case they ever get lost.. and the cost of these collars are so reasonable!!

It gives me piece of mind that if Bailey would get loose, that she could be identified so easily and returned quickly. Plus, the quality seems to be really good.

I love my SnazzyFido collars and leashes! They are great! The ONLY collars that my puppers wear. The embroidered name and telephone numbers are perfect, so the pups do not have to wear the jingly medal name tags. Highly recommend.

Thank you Snazzy Fido for amazing service, and the phone call letting me know when the item would arrive. The is is the 6th collar I have and never disappointed. The delivery time was exactly as stated. My little Yorkie passed away, and I cut the collar he had been wearing to put into the tiny box containing his ashes. The new one for Bear will be for the Holiday Season, so if we travel he will be safer. I am planning on ordering another for a pup I watched for a friend and noticed he wore no ID. And remember if you order one make sure to have cell# on it! First one I had home phone # and they lady who picked her up had called it. Luckily we found her before we traveled 150 miles! I like sprucing up my fur babies. Thank you Snazzy Fido for you affordable prices and selections!

Great service and great product. I have ordered a few times in the past and have referred friends. My dogs tend to lose name tags so the collars are perfect. My friend's dog escaped and someone three blocks over found her. The name abd phone number on the collar got her home and safe in a short time. The colors are nice. I love them!

Excellent customer service!, I placed my order and they called me advising I had made an error, leaving off my phone number and they updated it immediately. This was my 2nd order with Snazzy Fido and both orders were perfect and the 3 collars were of excellent quality and the collars vibrant. Very nice!.
