Unfortunately, I ordered the sample package. This tea is extremely bitter. I had to add a lot of sweetener to be able to drink it. This company needs to work on the taste of the tea. I will not be ordering again.

Extremely rude and incompetent customer service. As a new customer I wanted to order some sample packs but they were out of stock of almost everything I wanted. I emailed them and their reply was just repeated back what I just said... saying they were "out of stock" (DUH!) and told me to go buy the full size ones. No. They did NOT answer my question regarding WHEN they would be back in stock so I emailed them again asking and they stopped replying. They do not care about customers before the sale - and it looks like (based on the other reviews) they don't care AFTER the sale either, so I'm glad I did not buy from them! Stay away from that incompetent company!

I WAS a committed customer for over 6 months. I was a subscriber to their tea of the month and cold brew tea of the month. One month I sent an email asking where my monthly subscription tea was and about the address being wrong on my daughters box every time she ordered tea, even though it was correct on her account. I waited for a response for days. Nothing happened so I sent a message. Nothing happened for days then all of a sudden my subscription was cancelled and my money was refunded with no explanation no email no nothing. I was also blocked from their website on facebook for absolutely no reason whatsoever. I have ordered tea since that issue with no issues however I just went to sign into my account and apparently they have closed out my account. This company is very rude and unprofessional. They are very clicky and very quick to shut you down and kick you out. I have also noticed that with their teas alot of it is just dried fruit and the absence of tea leaves is very common with their teas. I DO NOT recommend using them if you are looking for a true loose leaf tea company.

I followed the directions especially brewing temperature and tried the peach tea. It was bitter and really barely any peach taste. What a waste of money. Another reviewer said the same thing, bitter tasting.

I ordered Snarky tea from a Facebook ad thinking nice herbal tea sounds great. I bought the large pitcher kit and received it in a timely fashion. I tried the first tea, it tasted like soap, dumped it down the drain. I then tried the second flavor of tea, not impressed with the flavor. I requested to return the entire collection and was sent an email stating they will not reimburse me for numerous items, including the tea I disliked and they will not reimburse their shipping cost to me in the initial order. I have never heard of such a policy with any company. I emailed the company with my concern and received a combative email back from Snarky tea. Don't waste your time buying from a company that has horrible customer service. Buy your tea from a well known brand retailer.

I joined there membership and order the tea, once the tea came I did not like the tea, I have sent numerous emails as you cannot call them requesting they stop my automatic shipments. Was not even asking for any money back just wanted the tea to stop, well it has been over a year I am still getting the tea it comes in and goes right into the garbage! No responses to the numerous emails, I have cancelled my auto ship and my membership to no avail...for the love of god STOP sending me the tea!!!!

Customer Service is absolutely horrible. No response to all attempts except one Facebook response that be patient and if you submit more than one request for assistance, you go to the bottom of the list. I had the same experience as another person who left a review here that they were blocked from their Facebook page. After I wrote saying my patience was over and would contact my bank, they blocked me. They made no attempt to resolve the matter with me. There are a lot of other companies to purchase tea from. This is definitely not one that anyone should be buying from.

The teas are awful. No flavor or just taste terrible. The Lavendar Lemonade was the worst. I had to just pour the whole 64 oz down the drain. The tea is not worth all the hype their ads promote.
