Bought this 1 + year ago and it’s been great to have . Good quality . Easy to install and fits perfectly in the 2nd and 3rd row windows. Can tell a difference during the Texas summer heat. i have kids and they tend to make a mess and surprisingly it was very easy to hose done and quick dry. I would buy this again

Great customer service, very responsive when I needed additional magnets for the shades. The shades are not perfect but they get the job done and they are much better than the numerous alternatives we tried before getting snap shades. Definitely the best option out there!

Initially the product I received didn’t fit correctly, and the customer service team responded immediately to my inquiry and not only got me the correct product, but followed up days after the replacement arrived to ensure that everything was good. The product itself is awesome, especially for an after market item. The shade is perfect for blocking light for a baby in the back seat, and the quality has been superb.

I did not get what I expected. The website showed rear passenger and trunk shades selected, and I added both to cart. Trunk shades appeared to be included as they were grayed out with a solid check box and a 0$ price, and both went in my cart. Ok, 2 items expected. I paid, and got a blank Paypal invoice. However, after it shipped, I got an invoice for just the rear shades. Support wasted my time with 6 back and forth emails. They told me to open them and use them for 30 days, pay return shipping, then later to send them back unopened with a provided label. I don't know what's up. I just wanted what I put in my cart. Support wanted me to pay an extra 55$+shipping to get the trunk shades (tiny triangle windows), which I expected earlier to be a free bonus. The rear window shades fit OK, but have some sag. I had to wedge them into the rear window as the quarter panel pillar is a very tight fit on XV Crosstrek. They have to sit inside the window frame, because they hit the seal if they are magnetically attached. The product is decent, but not really a good value without both pairs of shades. Had the order been clear, and the invoices clear, it would have helped a lot. Had the company sent what I ordered, or offered a concession, I would have been content. Sadly, this was not the case. Due to our return policies (available on our website), we do not offer free returns for change of mind. We do guarantee fit and finish, and a 1 year warranty on workmanship or material defects. These can be found on our website. We did offer you concessions, a discount for your intended purchases (which is applied to all orders made over $130) and a free trial for 30 days of the product. We cannot offer customers free items for purchases not made. Ultimately, the team provided you with a free return label before you even received the Snap Shades for you Subaru XV and confirmed we would provide a full refund (upon return). At Snap Shades we believe a 1-star review does not reflect our product and our honest customer service that we offer and is disappointed to see such a negative review, especially after a full refund with free return label.
