I love that I don't have to take them off and on. I also love that they fit so well and I can open and close the sliding passenger doors with them on. I wish you made these for my front windows on my 2022 Chrysler Pacifica minivan. If I have overlooked that you do please let me know, so I can purchase your GREAT product.

1. Service is slow - their support is text based but sometimes it takes days for someone to respond. If they do respond it’s been intermittent with no follow up. 2. Can’t get a hold of a supervisor - the support staff obviously don’t want to forward a call to a supervisor in case they get reprimanded so they just say they’re not available. also, how do you know if you’re talking to a a supervisor if it’s text based support? They should have an alternate path for escalations. 3. Quality isn’t good - half of the shades were too large, don’t spring up, motor is acting up, dirty, and just inconvenient to setup. Why not just allow me to set it up with a Philips screw driver and impact drill? I cut up my finger bc you need a special part just to drill in the screws.

Hi David, I don't think you're talking about your Snap Shades but another company in this review, because you're talking about Philips screw driver and impact drill? We hope you're enjoying your Model Y shades so far. If you could help us updated your review that would be amazing!

There’s a gap between the SnapShades and the back part of the window, which I don’t like. While they do provide shade and help block people from looking into the car, they might be a bit too dark for my mom. Especially at night, when it’s harder to see outside. Overall, I don’t think they’re worth the money I spent on them.

Hi Mrs. Redd, thank you so much for the feedback, if there's a gap on the Tailgate Snap Shade for your Mazda, you'll need to use the Z-clips provided in your package to close that gap. The Snap Shades like to be straight while the tailgate window is curved, so you'll need the clip for the Snap Shades to conform to the curve. If you need help with this installation, please don't hesitate to reach out! let's turn your 2 star to something higher!
