Drew is the real estate agent, big picture idea person, and business promoter. Now that you know Drew, let's review, Danny! Danny is the pragmatic planner and process person; the contractor. You’re going to get the best of both in events and instruction. When you read about our students doing successful deals while still learning and within a few short months, it’s not because they have superpowers. A lot of people ask, "What is Snap Flipping?" and that is what Drew and Danny love to answer at their real estate events, also called "SnapFlip events". In review, It’s because they have learned the tools and process and simply follow instructions and the path to their goal.Drew and Danny love teaching at their real estate events!

Please don't pay for this junk. We own many multi family properties. Investors are not going to find properties through snap.flippers. Investors will find these properties on their own!! Lol. If you have no experience, please look up info on the web. Banks and hard money lendes are not going to loan you money with no credit and money. TRUST me on this. ASK YOURSELF THIS ONE QUESTION.." If this was real and sooo good, why are these scammers telling YOU about it??? Hahaha. Because they are honest and giving guys? Lol. It's a cut throat world people. These guys are done investing in crap. Now it's time to make money on poor souls that don't have the credit or money to invest. Do it the right way. Work hard at what you're good at. If you want to invest in real estate, start small and then increase speed if you enjoy it. DONT pay people for this knowledge. It's out there for FREE!!!

Michele,
Thank you for taking time to respond with your feelings. Since you did not provide a last name, it is hard for me to see if you are even part of the program. To me it sounds like you are not. I always hate to disagree with comments and feelings, but investors do love it when “Snap.Flippers” call with properties. If you were part of the program, you would know that almost everything you said is just not true. Yes, every bit of information is free in today’s world if you know where to go and find it and then apply it. That is the problem everyone has. The information is not enough. With our program, you are not only paying for that knowledge, you are also paying for someone who has helped hundreds of people take the fastest, best route to success. It is a little cynical to think that there aren’t people out there who do want to give back and who are honest good guys.
We wish you our very best as you find your success.

they are in cahoots with an unscrupulous coffee reimbursement co and i need complain to consumer protection agency to get justice
i attended their seminar with a promise of receiving $250 worth of free coffee. i paid an outrageous $11 to park my vehicle, when the most i had previously paid had been $4. then when trying to collect for the coffee i had purchased that i would not have purchased if i didn’t think i would be reimbursed, i was given a phony excuse for not getting reimbursed. now i know i have a strong case to file with a consumer-protection agency, both of these companies are phony and unscrupulous and i will fight to expose them for the frauds they are

Neil Robin,
Thank you for expressing your feelings. I know that I have felt that same way at certain places I have had to park. We in no way control or benefit from the parking at an event. Comments like yours will help us evaluate if we use that facility again. My suggestion will be that we don’t, if the cost is that high.
I will have someone from our Customer Service department reach out to you about the coffee as you do have $250.00 of free coffee from Starbucks. We are far from frauds as we help some many people change their lives and reach their dreams.

It's a scam
It's a scam. The positive reviews are fake. There's a BBB alert on the seminars put on by Success Path Education or SuccessPath. google search "drew & danny's snap flip" you'll see the link for BBB Alert. Rule #1: If something sounds too good to be true, it probably is #WordUp

Ulysses,
Our integrity is worth more than a few fake reviews. Your statement is, for the lack of a better term, wrong. We are not success path and have nothing to do with their teaching program. Like any industry, you have your good and bad. We take pride in providing a successful program for our customers who want to change their lives.

SCAM ALERT!
SCAM ALERT! After I investigated this SNAP FLIP program. I was warned by the Better Business Bureau "BBB Warns: Do Your Homework Before Attending House Flipping Seminars” Most consumers told BBB that the first, free seminar ultimately leads into a sales presentation to get attendees to enlist in an upcoming three-day event at a cost of $2,000 or more. Consumers who sign up for the three-day program eventually are invited to sign up for a more intensive, longer program at costs ranging from $10,000 to more than $40,000.” Then it goes on about how they take your money and give you nothing in return then they close and run to make another name and start again with new people. That’s exactly what Snap Flip is doing! Please don’t fall for this scam. They will brain wash you to take your money with high pressure sales pitch and give you nothing in value for return. After they have enough suckers they RUN and disappear only to start up again with a another name to scam more money out of people. PLEASE DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE GIVING ANY OF THESE TYPE OF SEMINARS MONEY. and I wouldn’t be surprise that all the positive reviews here are FAKE! This is also a trap to make you think it’s for real and works. My advice is if you really want to try new ways to make money go to the book store and READ books that guide people on how to Flip homes or what ever you maybe interested in. All you need is some books to follow from a book store. Look up book reviews and go from there on which books are good to buy and learn from. I have learned how to make extra money successfully just from reading how to books from book stores.

Sun,
I appreciate you taking the time to respond with your feelings. I know that others will read your comments and be concerned. There are companies out there that have tarnished the process and given other good companies a bad name. There are some people that think flipping homes is an easy prospect. It is not. It takes hard work and a strong passion and people who can push themselves. We try to go above and beyond in making that point clear. This is take hard work and a team or professionals by your side, teaching and motivating every step of the way.
Like any other professional career, we teach customers the basics that will help them get started. The customer then makes the decision if they wish to pursue a more advanced help and training. The road to success remains the same. As you are aware, knowledge is power, and the advanced help makes the journey easier and faster. We have committed to help everyone who has the desire to learn, from workshop attendees to those who purchase the advanced programs.
I know that we are helping people who purchased programs as far back as 2009. We care about the customer success and that is what has kept us in business so long. There are a lot of good books out there but sometimes it is better and faster to do something with a team who has been successful, many hundreds of times in the past.
We wish you our very best.

bait and switch
$1,100 to attend the snap flip edu. 3-day course,To which Danny and Drew, were merely the bait collecting an endorsement.the course was supposed to teach multiple ways of acquiring properties, formulating contracts with contingencies, to perform due diligence w/ deals, generate a list of cash buyers and one-on-one time w/ a consultant; to come up with an action plan that includs fix and flips,buy-and-hold strategies if one was interested.Much to my disappointment this is not at all what I got.I quickly realized I just paid $1,100 for a 3-day live infomercial on their Advanced, 38k edu program. The switch! Dino, the instructor, started teaching us” principles” of an investor. “don't think like a consumer, don't be negative, don't talk to anybody else that isn't Rich because they can't give you advice.” he really hit hard on the negativity and the consumer part and told the class that if anybody is being negative to let them know so they “can deal w it.” credit cards were next. Maxing out One credit card, using another to make min. payments, to buy time only if you're making double the amount of Interest charged, sounds great in theory! how investors are supposed to be impulsive and not talk with anybody about making a deal because it'll be gone by the time you get an answer. he kept tying everything in to his 38k package. i look around the room to see if I was the only one that figured out we were being groomed, but not wanting to get kicked out I kept my mouth closed as I just witnessed two ladies get kicked out for speaking their mind about not getting what was paid for. Then right before lunch we were told that the next morning we were going to have to make some major decisions and it's time to quit thinking like a consumer. also, other forms of capital we're going to be needing if we were to generate income from Real Estate, from other vehicles, besides snaps because that's all their funding was used for. so we all filled out credit applications. After lunch for 30 min, we vaguely went over one strategy for snaps. It was explained to us but not taught to us and once again we were told in order to be successful we have to invest in their 38k plan. In fact everything that was supposed to be taught to us was in the 38k plan. The next am time for our one on one. personally I wanted to formulate a plan about by holds because my family has rentals. instead I got asked which advanced edu I would like to purchase 20k, 25, 0r 38k and this is where things got interesting! My “ consultant” Wyatt Informed me that I qualify for roughly 80k in credit and instead of using that for seed capital on other vehicles, I could half for the 38k plan and use the other half to pay off the initial credit to buy myself time !!!! But I would have to max out my current credit cards to give them some money down. I politely hin that I'm not purchasing any plans and that's when he proceeded to jump down my throat and get angry started calling me negative, that I'm thinking like a consumer. I told him I haven't learned anything that i was told we were going to learn. He inquired, i explained and he began to argue with me and cut me off. I think he was purposely antagonizing me so he could remove me from The Retreat like the ladies on the first day. the Consultants getting angry seem to be a common theme. he told me I was going to lose money if I didn't buy the program, and I thought to myself your program won't make funding available if the numbers aren't right?I said I paid $1,100 and got deceived with this infomercial, I don't want to pay 38k for Deception. his rebuttal was, I'm scared and thinking like a negative consumer.I can't be scared to do a 38k deal he told me, I told him I'm not. I'm just not going to do it with you because of the obvious reasons.I told him that with the right system, investing in real estate Is emotionless, he said but you don't have the system because you haven't paid. I reminded him that I did pay $1,100 to be taught the system not to be sold to buy the system again. The rest of the retreat was the same. no education on Snaps, grooming, and Consultants jumping down throats of people speaking their mind, kicking them out. Now they didn't want us talking to each other not because of spreading negativity, they didn't want the free thinkers, people who saw through their bs to educate the people were about to get ripped off. Psychologically manipulating ppl, to have them believe that their negative and that being label a consumer is detrimental to our ego is just a poor way to make money off of somebody. I feel bad for those who invested.

Sea Jay,
Thank you. That is a lot of information. It is always interesting how two different people can go to the same event and yet have such different experiences. I understand that you feel the way that you do, and I will reach out to you privately and resolve this.
We care about our customers and their experience. Please understand that it is not about “not allowing” customers to ask questions or speak with each other. Everyone is at a different level of understanding. Some people need answers to basic questions, while others do not. For the sake of the entire group, and with many years of experience, we present in what we believe is the best format conducive to learning. There are plenty of assistants to make sure all questions are answered.
I will get with you personally and make sure all your comments are forwarded on to the team that can make any needed adjustments.

I can't afford the risk to find out...
First, we got an invitation to a "Make Money & Preserve Wealth Conference" and the offer to receive some gifts for attending. The event was held in a good area and decent hotel. We got gifts and a bag lunch. The speaker hyped the $38k package benefits and asks for $1200 to attend the 3-day event. There were two speakers and six assistants to take payments for the workshop. A second offer is made for making money in the stock market for an additional $200 - $300 cost, held on three different days. The workshop is the same format spread out over the three days to convince you to purchase one of three packages between $20k to $38k. The workshop is held in a low-income area around the football stadium at a hotel of the same name. The claim is simple, trust them to be the experts to lead you to the promise land safely for $38k or less safe with the $25k or $20k packages. If you suggest that you may want to purchase the latter two packages, you are reminded that components taken out of those packages would only serve to make you less safe going forward. Those with good credit are directed to credit card offers that could be used to pay for the packages while those with money are pressed to pay in cash. Prices are discounted for the event and can be purchased later individually for double the discounted cost directly from the company. The premise is that without their help, you will spend lots of time trying to figure everything out and very likely failing and losing lots of money along the way. Does it work? Is it worth it? I am not in a position to risk finding out it doesn't, are you?

A total scam!
I attended the program in Merrillville, Indiana last night. They advertised 50 free laptops, dinner program etc. You get there, have to sit from 6 PM until almost 8 PM to listen to a smooth talking speech about how you can make $ in real estate, not much in details. They push a 3 day class to learn more for $1100.00. You finally get a crummy sandwich around 8 PM. So much for a "dinner". Many people were
getting sucked into the scam. I felt sorry for people who looked like they didn't have 2 nickels to their name, desperate to make some money and they were being taken advantage of. What a scam! God will judge! I didn't see any laptops being given away. If you read the reviews on this site of people who went to the 3 day program, tell were told to sign up for a more intense real estate class costing another $38,000. They shut be arrested for scamming people! People affected should call Financial Crimes Enforcement Network 1 800 767 2825 or 703 905 3591
