I received my order 2 days late which seems to happen a lot with this company. When I opened the box, it smelled rancid. The meat was so soft I could poke my finger thru the meat even with the plastic packaging. When I checked the meat inside temp my therm. showed 65 degrees F. I was going to give 1 star but after contacting SRF they issued me a refund.

Got 4 sets of Wagyu New York strip steak slices. None of them were Wagyu quality. Customer service did nothing to remedy the situation. They advertise BMS 6-8 for this product and mine was not even close. Basically choice. Product was not good. At 50 dollars a pound you would think you would get better. Do not order from SRF thinking you will get a superior steak. What you will get is an overpriced steak at sub grocery store quality.

I ordered 2 ribeyes and 2 wagyu filet mignons for my cousins and the order only came with 1 ribeye. They corrected it by sending out the 2nd one. However, my cousins said the meat was tough and chewy, they were completely disappointed after finding out what I paid for them. I went by the reviews online, but I will never purchase meat from them again!

I order 1 lb ground pork - half water. Second item ny strip wagyu … tough as nails … worse than regular beef. Second time ordering won’t order again.

Today I cooked the ribeye slices for Philly cheese steak sandwiches. My grandson and I both said” ohhh man that’s so good” honestly I haven't had beef like that in decades. Sublime. Thanks Snake River!

My $80 wagyu steak was nothing but fat! Absolutely awful! I will never buy anything from them again! To be charging people that kind of money for nothing but fat is criminal!

Very disappointed in what I received. Sirloin was basically a marble + gristle piece of something. Filet was just a fatty piece of very tough meat. PLUS, when SRF sent me a HOW DID WE DO survey, the system appeared to shut-down, after I rated a 2 (of 5). Kind of a rip-off, for the price. Terrible value + disappointment w result is not a good combination.

Delivery service from Snake River is Afull !! Over 50% was sent to wrong places (4 times left in ditch,5 times left at abandon house 1/4 mile from my house! Food had thawed.Do not order from Snake River!!
