Nothing wrong with the product per se which arrived today but when I tried to extend the warranty it stated Amazon order 026-2757386-2853134 not recognised. A total con as I also tried their support site. I just hate shister companies like this who flog you merchandise and then make it impossible to register.

Agree with others. Customer service is none existent. This company does not honor their return policy. You might have better luck with service if purchased through Amazon or Walmart, but I wouldn’t even try that. I purchased a massage chair on Sept 7, 2025. It arrived in good condition, but wasn’t what I expected. I promptly contacted them to start the return. They replied that I would need to pay return shipping since it had been 99 days. I responded that it had been less than 2 weeks and that their policy says they pay return shipping in the first 30 days. They responded that I would need to pay shipping even though it was within 30 days. Very dishonest company. Would give zero stars if I could!
