Doesn’t work at all to start with

I placed an order, then get an email stating they dont deliver to po boxes. I write back explaining i got a po box due to porch pirates and several previous thefts. They responded that product was too big to fit in a po box. I explained that if anything is too big, they simply hold behind the counter. They still refused but did refund my money. Poor business decisions. I will never buy from them again.

I purchased a massage mat last year, at first it was fine then about 3 weeks ago it started making noises and was fraying near the control. I contacted snailax and gave them my order number. Days passed, no reply, I got in touch with Amazon they let me return free and get a refund. Soon after snailax contacted me, suddenly wanting to be helpful but asking for a video of the fault. They do not honour warranty! Their customer service is all but none existent. If you buy their products you are a fool!

Ordered a Snailax foot massager in October 2025 it’s now making noises was told to return payed postage to send back and no communication since this has been 3 weeks now so not only have I paid for it to be returned nearly £10 I still don’t have a replacement

I purchased a back massager through Amazon on February 28, 2025. It stopped working properly and I contacted the manufacturer, Snailax, and made a claim under their warranty. They have given me the run around for weeks and refuse to honor their warranty by not communicating further.

Great to have an apology for delayed response to a pre-purchase enquiry, Sadly the enquiry itself was disregarded and instead I was asked to provide documents that were proof of purchase. The instructions on the stereotype reply how to do this might be difficult for those with limited technical ability and in any case the documents if needed should be available by a simple reference identity. My review for a competitors similar product expressed concern about durability and the environmental consequences of items that cannot be repaired and add to waste or partial recycling. UK customers are legally protected by their contract with the retailer . This becomes can be frustrated when concealed behind foreign manufacturer or wholesale addresses or short return periods. Other reviews here find the back massager effective in the short term and this too is my experience of a competitors similar product.
