I have been singing on Smule for 4 years now and have enjoyed every one of the 17000 songs I have sung. Until now with this latest update that is terrible. I don't want to sing on this site any more and I am very sad and disappointed and hope very much that they roll back this latest update and revert back to what it was 😪

I was under the impression it was £9.99 a month but I was charged £9.99 a week even after I had unsubscribed. Had to contact google play to ensure that subscription was cancelled and I was no longer going to be charged. False advertising and taking extra payment without consent dont reccomend this app at all.

Terrible!!! From the moment you install the App they start charging you and the payment will be taken within (in my case) 5 days. Do yourself a favour and don’t go anywhere near this awful company. I have never installed an App before when they can charge you without actually telling you this and surely this is wrong! I will keep sharing the negative comments as from what I’ve read, they are ripping people off constantly.

SCAM! This app is a scam and a payment trap. Once they have got your card details you will have to cancel your card and report them for fraud because there is no way to contact them and no way to cancel the subscription on Google play like they claim there is. BEWARE!

Got charged (twice!) 9.99 even though I cancelled subscription well before free trial ended. Found they just refuse to even consider refunds

Smule has debited £9.99 weekly since the 28th March from my account via google play, I sent a few emails and not one response. I have also contacted google for a refund but yet to hear from them. very disappointed as I liked the App and it was keeping my mind busy during this period of confinement, with all my family being abroad this was a good distraction. i will not recommend Smule to Anyone- as it stands- they are difficult to get hold of from the UK- customer service non existent.STAY AWAY FROM THEM

Deliberately difficult to navigate with hidden charges. Then have to email a request to be removed. Awful.

Took 2 years of charges from my business account. I've never heard of them or used them. Thieves
