I bought an item for about 12 bucks. I wanted it quick so paid another 12 for 1=3 day delivery. 7 days is the amount of time. That's longer than the free delivery. They didnt even create a shipping label until day 3. Package Didn't leave their town Until day 4. They just took that money put it in their pockets , and shipped with the free method anyways. Shady way to do business indeed. If they're going to just steal something as petty as 12 bucks what other shady stuff is going on. No recourse either.

We also offer free shipping on our website. Customers who have ordered from us before know that Priority Mail is also available as an optional paid shipping method. However, we clearly state that Priority Mail is not guaranteed and shipping fees are not refundable. When a customer chooses Priority Mail, we use that postage payment to purchase a Priority Mail label and ship the package with that service. After the package is accepted by USPS, delivery speed and tracking updates are up to the postal carrier. We cannot guarantee the delivery time because we do not own or control USPS. Sometimes a package may be misplaced, scanned late, or not scanned at all until it actually arrives. These tracking issues are controlled by the carrier, not by us. Since carrier delivery times can be unreliable, we leave Priority Mail as an option only. Customers may choose it if they prefer, but there is no delivery-time guarantee and no postage refund. Customers may also choose our free shipping option instead. This information is clearly stated on our website before checkout.
