Amazing customer service experience!!
Part of my order was out of stock and they contacted me immediately with options. I ended up getting the in stock items shipped and opted to wait for the rest of the items to be restocked and then shipped out. The openness and transparency about the state of my order, estimated shipping times, and follow-up after I received the order are things other retailers should strive for. Josie is an absolute gem of an employee IMHO!
