Account # 822346 I placed an order on June 14, 2023 and still waiting to receive it. Tried contacting them numerous times and given the run-around. This is a scam. Stay away.

I almost got tricked by this company. I got to the website to purchase six cartons but something was odd about the graphic presentation. After the selection, I tried to check out but I decided to change the brand and I deleted the purchase, and still gave me the same amount. I did my research and I found you good people warning others to not fall into this scam. I really appreciate it.

Placed an order dec 2022. Never received items. Requested refund. C/S assured me it was going through for processing. Checking back 5 wks later and was advised it didnt process. Now 5 months later, no product, no refund, no RESPONSE from this company. Avoid unless you like donating to useless organizations. Update 6-5-2023 I finally received a check in the mail from the processor (AlphaProData) today. I also found out that this organization is located in Moldavia. (Can we say near Ukraine.) More info for you to make a good decision.

Ordered mid January and it has been excuse after excuse as to why we never received our order. I truly believe they are scammers! Be warned and don’t buy from this company!

Scammers - stay way. I ordered from them months ago. Did not receive my order. Just got a phone call saying they could not refund my money. Then the guy on the phone started changing the subject.

I purchased from this company a few years ago, and had much the same experience as the other reviewers: ordered a product, waited weeks and weeks, and it didn't show up. All the while I was being given all kinds of excuses about stock shortages, parcels being returned damaged, USPS's website being broken, and so on... Fortunately, I issued a chargeback on the last day of the 60-day window and received my money back from the CC company—at which point I received an angry email from the customer service representative saying that this "wasn't a good way to do business." The audacity is pretty hilarious, in hindsight... :) Needless to say, the whole company is obviously a scam and you should not even think about ordering from them.

I too was ripped of for $336 by Smokers Mall.com. Given the run around since Sept 2, 2020. It's now Dec. 9, 2020. Went to my bank and no recourse since its over 60 days. AND, I'm sure they KNOW that!

Going on 14 months since I placed my order, 8 months since I asked for a refund, thinking their "100% Guarantee" was legit. This site has stopped all correspondence with me...no longer answers my e-mails. For a senior in his 70's with Social Security being my main income, I can't afford being ripped off for $210.00.
