Smokia has been great to me so far the latest product I got was very inferior that's why I'm returning it but the return process seems to be going well they sent me everything I needed to send it back so as long as they put the money back on my account everything will be okay and I'll be very happy with you guys so overall I'm happy you guys have been responsive and the other items I bought from you have been great thank you

Never ever been dissatisfied

Thought this was going to be great.
The lighter in this pack is very cheep. I thought the glass was a bit bigger by picture. Also not a ton of airflow.
