I ordered a portable vaporizer product from Smokea that broke after a week of use. Smokea sent me an automated email asking for a review. I took the time to write a review and include a pic. Because I gave the product a 1 star review, they refuse to post the review. I emailed customer support and they said it takes a month for reviews to show up. It's been over a month now and still no review posted. Smokea is NOT looking out for its customers. Beware. I ordered the product in early January 2023. It is now May 8, 2023. It has been way longer than the "2-8 weeks" Smokea informed that it takes to review and post the review. It is clear that they do not want to post negative reviews -- even if it will help their customers make an informed decision.

All reviews are screened before being posted to the site to avoid spam or foul/abusive language from being public on our site. This process does take some time as we receive thousands of reviews. If your review did not contain anything that goes against our policies it will be posted once it is reviewed.

This was my first order. I was unsure if SMOKEA was even a real site. The pricing was fantastic and so was the delivery. I received the item quickly and it was packed professionally to ensure no damage. I am ready to make a second order. I have already recommended SMOKEA to all of my friends. P.S.-It Hits like Babe Ruth!

Never got to use it sadly. But I do know for a fact these work excellent. It was being purchased as a replacement for one I had purchased before. This one arrived damaged during the shipping. It's all Good. I promptly received store credit.

Sorry to hear your item arrived damaged. Unfortunately, due to the fragile nature of our products, it does happen occasionally. Hope you find something awesome to pick out with your store credit!
