Unfortunately mine was flawed
Unfortunately mine was flawed. It had a hairline crack in it that I did not see until I used it. I contacted seller. Due to the fact I used it, they would not honor the warranty. Didn't know it was cracked until I used it unfortunately their policy sucks and their items are cheaply made. Buyer beware.

Sorry to hear you weren't happy with your shopping experience. However, you are correct that we are unable to replace or accept returns for used items, as stated in our returns policy. We do offer warranties that cover accidental damage for up to 3 years after your purchase but that was not purchased with this item.
