I ordered a Grav Small Wide Base and 3 Helix Taster Bowls. The package arrived in pristine condition, although there were shipping delays due to PHLPost and USPS (No blame on Smokea, they are great!) If delivering to the Philippines, I suggest the more expensive shipping options rather than the cheaper ones.

They Should Give Negative Stars, It Would Be Negative 10 Stars. Then, Of Course They Blame Me For Their Lame Website!! I Have Responded To Their Smartalleck messages. Pointless, Like I Said!! Don't WASTE YOUR TIME, AND MONEY ON THESE JOKERS!!!! I Tried To Order On Their Fly By Night Website Several Times. It Would NOT ALLOW ME To Fill Out the Payment Page. It Would NOT WORK. Trying To Get Help Through Them Was Pointless, They Sent Me A Smartalleck Thing Saying "Can You Sleep Knowing You Left Something Behind" I Gave Up On This, Fly By Night Company!!! I Sent Them Several Messages About Their Shady Website Not Allowing Me To Purchase From Their Website. Only "1" Smartalleck Message From Them. Nothing To Help, Just Being Stupid To A Potential Customer! I Doubt I Hear From These "funny" People I Don't Seem To Matter.. There Is Not An Error Code Your Lame Website When I Start Any Of The Payment information Boxes Card Number Name Expiration Date It Waits 3 seconds And Kicks Me Back Out To An Empty Payment Page!!! That Is My Fault??? Plus My Card Was Comprised After I Couldn't Finish Their 2 Page Card Information Pages.
