I'm sorry to hear your package didn't clear customs. Orders shipped outside of the United States may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and clearance by the destination country. These fees are out of our control and must be paid by the customer to their local customs office. If they are not or your order cannot be imported, the package will be returned to us and subject to a restocking fee as stated in our shipping policy. As stated in our support response, the shipping service you selected at checkout is 6-16 business days. It has only been 6 days since your purchase and the order is not lost, just still in transit.
