Prompt shipping is superb New packing process has reduced leakers from 1 per shipment to zero - good job! Not a fan of styrofoam peanuts (what a mess they create)

Arrived late no updates app was glitched
Response from SMOKEAFeb 12, 2026
We’re sorry to hear you were frustrated with the experience. According to the shipping method selected at checkout, your order was delivered within the 2–7 business day timeframe. We also do not currently have a dedicated app, so we’re not sure what platform issue you may have encountered. If there’s anything specific that didn’t look right on your end, we’d be happy to take a closer look. Please feel free to reach out to our support team directly so we can assist further.
