We heard about Smith Thompson from a friend and thought there had to be some catch since it was so much cheaper than our old security service. We finally took the plunge and we can not tell the difference between our old company and Smith Thompson, other than a HUGE price difference. The transition was as smooth as you would hope for and we are very satisfied. THANK YOU!

Customer service is always pleasant, great and fast, I never have to wait long before speaking to someone. Our installation tech, Shawn, was very quick at installation and understanding our needs. We chose Smith Thompson because we wanted a local monitoring service and someone dependable. There are no hidden costs and the price is very reasonable. Thumbs up Smith Thompson!!

Installation was fast and efficient, I don't feel like they are trying to steal or overprice monitoring, and customer support has been excellent.

We found Smith Thompson Home Security highly rated on Angie's List with several other companies. We looked into other companies, but we liked the simplicity, economy and locality of Smith Thompson. Gary came out as scheduled and completed our installation in less than 30 minutes. Everything went as expected and the system has worked as promised. We would recommend Smith Thompson to anyone looking for a alarm monitoring company that offers a fair, straight forward approach to home security.

After a resent break in at our house I contacted the company, they let me know everything I needed to know before hand and answered all of my questions. I did not hesitate to make an appointment after that and lo and behold now I have a security system at home! The installation didn't take long and its pretty easy to set the alarm when the family is home and when we are all away. So far I'm pretty satisfied and feel secured leaving my house empty and unattended. Definitely recommend!

We recently moved to Texas and wanted to know that our family would be safe. We've never used a home security system mostly because of hassle and cost. Our technician came over and quickly installed the system, and actually charged us less than we were quoted over the phone. We feel safe and the monthly cost is almost half that of the big companies. We plan on staying with Smith Thompson as long as we are home owners.

We recently had to update our security system. We had remembered ads for Smith Thompson Security, so we contacted them. Anticipating having to install a whole new system, as ours was very old, what a nice surprise it was to have the technician say we could use the same contacts, and only update the main board and add the Uplink for the wireless ability. We were able to save hundreds of dollars!! With the low monthly fee and no contract, it was a Win-Win situation. Would definitely recommend them.
