Smileie continues to exceed my expectations. Dr Arooj. made time on her NY's day to help me make impressions to ensure the best fit and appearance. Together w/ my rep Brett, they have made the process of wearing aligners as seamless as possible. I have arrived at the time for retainers and am thankful to both for their time, assistance and dedication!

Smileie so far has been great, from Brett my service advisor to the dentist overseeing my impressions. Dr. Arooj was a pleasure to work with. She was knowledgeable, professional, and patient. It took a couple meetings to get my impressions right but that was on me. Next step is waiting on my 3d scan then getting my aligners.

Dr. Jawad was incredibly thorough and patient with me as I learned how to do the impressions. I tried on my own without his expert guidance and failed. I'm so grateful for the opportunity for the live zoom help.

Had a great experience with the virtual teeth impressions for SmileyE. Dr Jawad was incredibly helpful, providing clear instructions and explaining to me and my daughter thoroughly. Made the process smooth and easy! The dentist had a strong accent, but he was still really helpful with her SmileyE impressions. Sometimes it was a bit hard to understand him, but he did a great job guiding us through it and was super patient. Overall I recommend!
