Great customer support for cost
The dentist that helped me make impressions was very understanding and the customer service was super helpful. I missed one appointment online & they were really nice about it. I have pretty simplistic goals because my teeth have already had braces so im not too worried now that we are past the impression phase. Very affordable, but still reasonable support.

I must admit SMILEIE ALIGNERS customer…
I must admit SMILEIE ALIGNERS customer support is so quick. I was quickly taken care of and they explained each and everything to me in detail when it comes to Aligner treatment. Since this is very new to me, their team is so good at guiding the treatment process step by step that I really feel I am in good hands. I recommend anyone who wants a perfect smile. These guys are very helpful in every way.

Dr Arooj was great
She helped me make my impressions much better than if I was doing them alone. My experience with Smileie has been great. I am almost done with my treatment plan and my teeth look great.

Just completed my 14 trays
Just completed my 14 trays, I couldn't be happier. I had braces previously and my lower set shifted, with one tooth in particular being pushed far out. I got retainers on this set only and my teeth look like they did before. I saved €1000 going this route compared to the route my old orthodontist wanted to do. I am so glad I took the risk. I had help from the team when taking the molds of my teeth. After that There was basically no contact with the dentists, they don't reach out but I'm sure they would respond if you needed.

Absolutely 100% recommend!
This company went out of their way to make sure I was happy. The communication was hands-down fantastic. My journey from start to finish was flawless, and they delivered in every area. I struggled a little with the impressions at the beginning but they were willing to work with me on two separate occasions to help me get it right. I’m sure most of the problem was me just not doing it exactly as I was supposed to and they are not to blame for that but in the end we got some great impressions. The trays came out perfectly and the process from beginning to end was as smooth as it can get! Compared to other competitors out there their price was fantastic and got the job done beyond my wildest expectations!

Dr. Arooj was super helpful
Dr. Arooj was patient and kind and clear. Her tips for making impressions were the best by far and she made what felt like an impossible task feel more manageable. Because of her, I was able to send my impressions in.
