I decided to pivot from doing Phase 2 Invisalign through our orthodontist to Smileie because of the significant difference in pricing—and what a savings it has been! Since my daughter already knew her way around aligners, this seemed like a great choice for us. We were excited to get started, but it turned out the mouth liner wasn't fitting correctly for her to get a proper impression. Smileie provided great customer service, worked with us through the issue, and is sending us the correct smaller aligner so we can get started with the impressions. So far, I'm extremely impressed with the customer service and how responsive and helpful the team has been. We’re excited to continue the process and look forward to seeing her new smile!

I was struggling to get a proper impression made. Here to find out I have a smaller mouth and needed smaller trays. They scheduled a zoom call with one of their drs and sent out smaller trays for me to try. My zoom call was wonderful. She showed me step by step how to get a proper impression and was so kind and patient. With her help I got two sets of impressions and sent them on their way!

This is just based on doing the impressions today, but the experience was very good. I did the zoom call with Dr. J. and he was very helpful. My impressions came out much much better than when I did it myself. He explained each step well and he was friendly and patient.

Amazing experience I sadly didn't finish my treatment just due to life. However the entire process they were very helpful and walked me through each step! And it's definitely a cheaper better option! Definitely would recommend
