Impression assistance
I needed guidance on how to get an adequate impression with my kit, and Dr Arooj did a zoom call filled with calm, clear directions and encouragement. I really appreciated her approach, and her instructions were extremely easy to follow. So far, communication in general has been very good indeed, and my session with Dr Arooj was actively excellent. I don't have my aligners yet (because I've just this afternoon taken my impressions!) so I cannot yet comment on that phase of the process, but I'm both excited and optimistic. Thank you.
