Dr. Arooj was awesome! I was having such a difficult time getting good impressions. After my zoom call with her, I finally got them done!! Dr. Arooj gave such easy to follow advice. Now I'm excited to get my aligner!

I had the most amazing Zoom impression tutorial with Dr. Arooj Sibtain! She was very patient as we walked through 3 sets of completing the impressions that were cleared enough to send in to have my 3d scan developed. I'm on to the next step of mailing them in. Thanks to Mr. Brett Arndt for coordinating the zoom call and for his patience and caring nature!

Customer service is amazing. They respond very quickly and well! I finished my liners but weren't quite straight so they sent me more stuff to make impressions for a new round until I'm satisfied. I love that I'm getting exactly what I paid for, regardless of how My teeth moved thus far.

Dr Arooj is very helpful and personable. She made the process go very smooth and communicated the plan clearly. I have history with another online aligner company and I never could speak with a Dr directly, I had issues and it was very frustrating.
