Having the zoom call with the doctor…
Having the zoom call with the doctor made it very very simple. She had some techniques that she shared that were in addition to what the instructions tell you. I would totally suggest that you have her walk you through making the impressions. She was great. And her tips really helped.

Virtual visit
The virtual visit with the dentist helped troubleshoot why I wasn’t getting a good impression. The problem was I was mistakenly using only half the needed amount of putty per tray. It may be useful to have videos on the website showing the technique Dr. Arooj demonstrated during the virtual visit.

Excellent dentist experience
I ordered my impression kit which came in one day and then scheduled a zoom call with a dentist to do the impressions the next day. They were able to schedule quickly and on my time frame. The dentist was super helpful and we got the impressions right the very first time. So far I would definitely recommend this company but I haven't paid yet so I'll have to review again at the end of my treatment!
