I needed help with making my impressions. The doctor was very helpful. She explained exactly what I needed to do and how to do it. She was able to verify that they were done correctly and told me how to ship them back for my impressions to be made.

In addition to having a positive experience with Dr. Arooj, I have to give a shout out to Brett Arndt. He has been my primary contact since day one and he has been great to work with. I was a bit apprehensive to try the online process for teeth aligners but it has been such a wonderful experience so far between Brett and Dr. Arooj.

Brett and Dr. Arooj were awesome. They are both very responsive. They answered all my questions during the process. Getting good teeth impressions was more difficult than I anticipated. They were patient with me. I highly recommend!
