Made good impressions!
I have only done impressions so far. The large trays were to big, so I was sent the medium trays. She was very nice to work with for both virtual appointments. I dragged my teeth for my initial impressions, so I was scheduled for an appointment to help make my impressions. Then she saw that the first trays were too large and had the medium trays sent to me. After the second trays were delivered, it took a week to get an appointment again with the same doctor. She was just as pleasant as before. I hope the rest of this process goes just as well!
