We followed their molding instructions four times and every time they had some problem with it. The whole thing was a waste of time, we are getting a refund.

5 star reviews are all lies
After finishing the treatment plan my smile my teeth still had gaps. After reaching out I was adviser this is what I agreed to, I sent a screen shot of what my teeth were supposed to look like and then was told I would have to pay more money to do the adjustment.

My whole experience has been terrible
My whole experience has been terrible. First set of aligners didn’t fit, but they told me it would be fine. Ended up redoing molds to get a second set of aligners. Those fit, however, I didn’t see much progress. Ended up doing a third set of aligners which seem to have made my teeth worse. Just save your time and money and go to a real orthodontist.

This is the real review
This is the real review. They wasted ten months of my life accomplishing almost nothing. This was such a simple job for them. I have had perfect teeth all my life. I wear a CPAP machine and it would push my bottom teeth against my top teeth at night. It caused my top front four teeth to go crooked. All they had to do is return them to where they were a few years ago. It should have only taken four months max. Ten months later and two attempts and I still have the same problem.
They gave me my aligners and the pushed my front tooth back, but when I removed them to eat my bottom teeth would just push them forward again. I complained for months I was repeatedly assured it was normal. For five month my top teeth would be pushed back and forth several times a day when I would remove the aligners to eat. After the treatment was over my teeth still had gaps and my front two teeth were shifted to the left leaving a big gap on the right.
I told them over and over my bottom teeth keep interfering with my top teeth when I bite down, and the top teeth just get push back to their same crooked position.
So, they said I need to start over, and make new molds. I made new molds, and they sent me three months more worth of aligners. When I put them on, they didn’t change a thing. I was so angry. They didn’t do anything.
Now they said I need to try a third time. This would go on for one year just to return four front teeth back to their original position.
Their system is broken. Their 3D previews are not accurate. Their image of my teeth on the computer didn’t even match my real teeth. They can’t even make accurate images of your byte. Now my teeth are just as bad as they were ten months ago. I told them to give me my money back and they did.
These people just strung me along for months and my teeth were loose the whole time. I’m lucky they didn’t fall out. These people are completely incompetent. The person I correspond with named Brett A. just kept string me along and assuring me everything was fine. This person will say anything to write you off. There is no explanation for why it would take three attempts and one year of aligners to move a few front teeth back to where they were.

Thank you for taking the time to share your review. We've thoroughly reviewed your Smileie journey, and we understand that your experience may not align entirely with your expectations. We appreciate the opportunity to address your concerns in detail, and we have documented every step of your treatment for your reference.
Treatment Success: Your last step picture on our patient portal, uploaded by yourself, is a testament to the success of the treatment. It clearly shows the closure of spaces in the upper arch and the relief of crowding in the lower arch, aligning with our 3D preview and treatment goals. The results were achieved as shown in the 3D preview.
Initial Satisfaction: You completed the treatment on September 20th and expressed satisfaction with the result and service, providing positive feedback via email and also mentioned that you wanted refinement.
Refinement Stage: Your refinement treatment was accepted and as promised we offered it for free. During the refinement stage, you raised concerns about the accuracy of the 3D preview and specific tooth movements. We responded by consulting with our experts and providing a solution to address your concerns.
Expert Consultation: Our expert consultation determined that the upper front teeth gap couldn't be closed due to the lower front teeth blocking movement and you agreed with the expert's suggestion you approved the recommended adjustment, and we proceeded after receiving your approval. We do not proceed further until the customer approves.
Refinement Aligner Usage: We provided you the refinement aligners in which we mentioned to complete all the steps and you will get the results according to the projection that you have approved. Refinement aligners are designed to be worn for a minimum of 22 hours daily, keeping the teeth apart and preventing any direct interference. Proper usage is crucial for achieving the desired results.
Major Factors Affecting Loose Teeth: You mentioned having braces in your early 30s, and the onset of dental issues coincided with the use of a CPAP machine. It's essential to note that CPAP usage is known to potentially contribute to dental problems such as tooth decay, loose teeth, jaw pain, and gum disease. Clear aligners, however, are not known to cause tooth looseness.
Continuous Support: We have been dedicated to providing continuous support throughout your treatment journey. This included a virtual session and prompt resolutions to address any concerns that arose. We've taken every step possible to ensure your satisfaction.
Resolution and Well-Wishes: We are pleased to learn that the resolution we provided has addressed your concerns, and you expressed your gratitude by stating, "I no longer have an obvious buck tooth. Hopefully, now that my CPAP pressure is adjusted lower, it won’t come back." We sincerely appreciate your well-wishes for our business and wish you continued success in your dental health journey.

BEWARE!
BEWARE!
Very poor customer representation and additional fees.
For me this whole process was taking way too long. I finally got the right trays for impressions. I had to take additional impressions as the first pictures of my impressions I sent could not be located. I was OKed to send impressions back. Then I was told to wait for lab to confirm if impressions are workable.
I was notified my impressions would not work and I had to pay additional charges to get new impression kit sent. After all this time I was back at square one.
So I called their 1-800 number to cancel my plan. The guy told me I was a loser for not being able to take impressions right. Then swore the F word at me and called me the C word.
I'm now going with a more reputable brand and provider.
Update, I bought the daytime aligners which clearly states FREE SHIPPING in USA.
***Then got this email***
"Dear Cindy,
Hope this email finds you well. We received your impressions, and regretfully, the upper impressions are not workable. But you do not need to worry about we will mail you more impression material, but this time you will have to pay for the shipping, which will be $20. Let me know how you would like to pay so I can send you an invoice accordingly."

This is the exact opposite of what actually happened. The customer called as she was frustrated at not being able to take her impressions correctly and was rude and abusive to our customer support staff. The call was ended by the staff member rather than engaging any further. It is almost funny that the customer is now insinuating that it was our staff that used profanities. A complete refund was issued to her immediately.
