The customer service I have received from Smilie, specifically Brett Arndt, has been exceptional. He always responds to my inquiries immediately and has been helpful when I have experienced difficulties uploading pictures. Most recently my son had trouble with his bottom retainer and Brett informed me he would get a new one sent out immediately. There are several companies providing aligner services but I highly recommend Smilie.
