The instructors guide on how to apply the putty to the tray was much better than the kit instructions.

My experience with Smileie started off ok. Making my impressions the first time, started off ok and got a little stressful. My second zoom meeting to redo the impressions went very well! Dr. Arooj was so awesome to work with! She made the whole meeting more relaxed and easy. She explained things and helped me in a way that was easy and helpful. Thank you Dr. Arooj!

The visual instructions were clear but it was hard to understand the verbal instructions.

The doctor that helped me do my impressions was awesome! After working with them somewhat they were able to do my 3D treatment preview and I approved it, it looks good and I'm ready to get my aligners!

My consultant is very helpful and responsive. I would like to report that there was no clear instructions on which tray was top and Erich was bottom which caused me to make an error in trying to do the impressions.
