Head a rough start, it took a little while to get my trays but once I got going, it was ready, came work detailed instructions and it WORKED!!!! The final result worked. I followed the instructions by their professional and it worked. I am extremely happy with the result. I do recommend this product just stay on top of them until you get your aligners then the rest is up to you following directions. Thank you!!! Highly recommend!!

The results were a solid B+. Top are straight and lower teeth are nearly straight. The aligners and moulds had to be redone several times even though I followed the instructions (one of the accepted risks when opting for a mail order aligner where you're cutting out the middle man = ortho professional). The company did follow through on their word to correct the aligners until they fit appropriately.

The initial process was a bit frustrating, as the process in the directions is not as clear as the Zoom directions today. Maybe start with clear directions like the video ones.

So good so far waiting for aligners and I will update again. Dr Arooj who helped me with my impressions was wonderful a quickly helped me maneuver through the process. Thanks Again💕

For the price I really recommend it. The worst part was the long wait for the order but once I received the aligners it was fine . I even asked for refinement aligners after I finished the first order and they took a little time but they're adjusting my teeth fine.

We loved the patience of our online contact. We appreciated the first box of free putty when we were unsuccessful. Unfortunately our 2nd box of putty that we payed for only had 2 sets of base and catalyst and 8 more cups of base only and we found the phone number listed for our online contact did not work. Bummer. We found the assistance of the online doctor to be superb! In just a few minutes she had the proper impressions in spite of the minimal 2 tries available to us. We were ashamed we tried so many times with our hygienist sister in law. It was so much easier with the online hygienist.

The video call was very informative, but still not all the impressions were workable. They were very understanding and offered to send me more putty. Overall, it’s been a good experience not to mention the price of this brand is way cheaper than any other brand I have seen.

Dr. Elahi did a good job of showing how to make the impressions. He was well practiced at using the web cam to give good angles to better see how to get things just right.
