I have started my first set of aligners. I was apprehensive at first because there was not a lot of information about the company as it is new. It has been a professional experience from the get-go. I needed aligners that would fit into my budget and these were the best price by far. Questions are answered almost immediately from Brett, my consultant. Problems were solved quickly as I have a small mouth and the impression kit was too big. I got a smaller impression kit in 2 days. Bret emailed me to approve my alignment 3D model which was placed in my patient portal. In 12 days after I approved the aligners, he let me know my aligners were on the way via FedEx and they were delivered the same day. It has not been a big deal to wear the aligners, except for a bit uncomfortable at first. I sleep in them with no problem and no one has noticed that I am wearing them during the day. Can't wait to see the results.

I was having trouble getting to the portal but after an hour they got me there. I don't do online stuff very well. Caroline was very patient and helpful thru the process. I really appreciate it. And I'm gonna get my aligners in about 12 days or sooner. Other companies that do invisiliners couldn't straighten my bottom teeth...which was what i really wanted. My top teeth aren't so bad. But Smileie can so that's really great. Thank you so much.

I needed to share my experience with Smileie as I have not had such satisfaction as I did with this company. It started from the very first call I made into their 800 number. They provided a fantastic customer experience. When I had a question, it was answered and followed up with an email. I had a request to speak with the dentist there was no hesitation and shortly thereafter I was on the phone with one. They walked me through the process step by step from the taking the impressions, to reviewing the 3D modeling etc.. What customer great customer experience!!!!

I chose Smileie because I don't want to fix my lower teeth (yet). I just have an issue with my upper retainer pushing my two front teeth forward. I chose the single arch repair and received a fantastic price. I also have gotten more than great customer service whenever I needed anything. So far I am on retainer #2, and it doesn't hurt too bad. They have been there every step of the way. The included whitener within the system is GREAT as well. I have extremely sensitive teeth and have had NO issues so far.
