Great so far! Really excited to see the final results. Started in Dec. Really nice clear aligners. Most people don't even notice me wearing them and I'm a hairstylist talking with clients all day!

Great customer service, easy process. I have been using them for 8 weeks so far (18 to go) and the improvement is obvious Update 6/2023: I finished the program. It went extremely well. I highly recommend smileie to anyone who needs it.

I can't speak for the effectiveness of the aligners YET because I just ordered today. But I can say that my customer service rep was AMAZING. Caroline spent an hour with me answering my many, many questions. She was patient and cheerful and got all the answers I needed. I hope the aligners work as well as their customer service. I'll be sure to follow up after we use them. I'm a tough customer as I think customer service is a lost art in our culture. I have very high standards and use to supervise an office of 20 people (and we received awards for being so friendly and helpful).

I was skeptical because of the lack of reviews like I am sure many of you are. I may have gone to the extreme a little, but I needed to know more so I noticed they have treatment coordinators listed on the smileie website. I did a little research and found the 3 Dr.s to have a good reputation. I googled them and found their office phone #s and was able to speak to Dr Bratt he is one of the three they have listed. He seemed to be good folk and answered my questions. I would say he is the kind of guy that would not put his reputation on the line for a company that was not truly on the up and up. After taking the time check them out, I was satisfied that this is just a good deal and is worth a shot. I hope that help you in your decision. I am in my first week of wearing. Smileie aligners to this point they have been wonderful to work with. Everything is on point, and I have no complaints. I ordered them on 12/12 and received them on 1/20 much quicker than I thought considering the Christmas and new year's holidays in the middle. I have been wearing them for a few days and they fit as they should. Even after just a few days when I take them off, I can tell my teeth are not where they were before, so it appears the aligners are doing their job. I will update as the next 4 months go on. Week 6 update: things are going well, my top teeth had a 1/16 inch gap when I started, it has completely closed now. My bottom teeth had almost a 1/4 inch gap there is more work to do on those but has moved together at about at the same pace.
