I was not only assigned an advisor, but a dentist spent an hour with me on Zoom walking me through the impression process and checking my impressions. This is a level of service and attention which was much higher than I expected!

It was a little bit intimidating at first because I wasn’t doing it right. But I understand he was just trying to get it right so I joked around and said don’t yell at me or I’ll cry and he has a wonderful smile and he said OK OK everything’s OK… And it was :)
