Dr. Arooj Was Great, She walked me through Step by Step to ensure no issues during the impression process. This helped ensure there was no issue or delay for the rest of the process.

Well, so far, so good! I sent in a photo of my first impressions and I admittedly did not do a great job. My Smileie consultant set up a Zoom call with Dr. Jawed and he helped me step by step. The communication was excellent and I was able to get the necessary impressions. Everything is now off via FedEx to Smileie for my 3D preview. To date, Smileie has been very responsive and fast. Fingers crossed for the rest! Update: I got my 3D preview about 9 days after mailing back the impressions. I don’t need major corrections and it looked like my front bottom and lower teeth could be reasonably straightened. I approved the plan and I am supposed to get the aligners in 15 business days.

I had a very good experience with Arooj, she was extremely helpful and excellent at guiding me through the process. She was thorough and patient. Her helpful tips were great.
