The testing strips were easy to order... But, the real test, will they arrive expeditiously?

The test strips I purchased were close to expiration, with not nearly enough life left to be used up beforehand. I emailed the company a day ago but haven’t heard back yet. Hope they will send a refund or new strips!

Good communication, delivery and support

Delivery was fine but the app sucks.have register to use the recording system. When the thing drops one has to login again, but the login button takes an act of god to illuminate, maybe it's me,

The display is small and very dark, virtually invisible. Therefore there is no use for this instrument. I am very disappointed, and I would return it to you for full refund. Please send me instruction or procedure how to proceed the return

DISAPPOINTED: The Pulse Oximeter works as expected. However, cannot access the app. Have tried to contact company for support but their email does not even work. For me, the main attraction was to be able to use it with the app.

Customer service is great. Communication is timely and the product works great. We ordered the parvo tests for dogs. We will order from the company again.

Machine works, well packed, you do have an extra charge that I did not know because it is charged in Canada. They should also include a longer cord.
