SmileboxyReviews of smileboxy.com

If I could leave less than a 1-star review I would. This product was ordered to repel birds and was advertised as safe for animals. However, once the product was received, the box says it repels dogs and cats. That is not what a want for my household pets. The process of trying to return this product has been absolutely miserable. Constant emails wanting pictures of the boxes, labels, tracking numbers, etc. They should have all this information based on the order number that was provided. I am now told that I can return the products, but I will be responsible for shipping costs to return to Hong Kong and a 15% handling fee will also be deducted. The return process will take one month. I need to provide them with the return tracking number. If the return is held up in customs and cannot be cleared, they won't process my return. DO NOT BUY THEIR PRODUCTS!

Not even worth one star. Crap product , They offered discount. tried refund process. Spent more money to return it, has been in China , customs since February 2026. No help from company in finding out why . Numerous emails, basically AI responses. Worst experience ever . No sign of getting a refund anytime this century.STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. SHOULD BE JAILED FIR FRAUDULENT BEHAVIOR. FPOS. 👎🏽 Still waiting lol

Would not hold charge ETC now will not start It's RUBBISH . It's only months old have I got a guarantee ? It was recommended as the best of 5 with a score of 9.8 .Who checks these people who recommend known shite products !?

Waited over two weeks for delivery, this piece of rubbish is expensive and just does not scare any birds. Tried numerous positions and angles, just not affective. Do not buy!!

I had a very disappointing experience with Smileboxy and would strongly advise others to be cautious before purchasing from this company. I bought a “Portable Ebook Reader”, but the product I received was of extremely poor quality and did not match the description on their website. The buttons were very hard to use, and the system was extremely slow. Overall, the product was practically unusable. I contacted the company within the return period, and while they initially responded, the process quickly became frustrating. They offered only two unfair options: keep the faulty product for a 10% refund, or return it at my own expense while also losing 15% of the purchase value as a “handling fee.” Despite disagreeing, I accepted just to resolve the situation. Following their instructions, I shipped the product back. However, the package was held in customs in China. We required basic cooperation from the seller (such as a valid contact person or a simple document), but Smileboxy refused to provide any assistance. They repeatedly declined to help with the customs clearance process, even though the shipment was sent to the exact address they provided. As a result, the package remains stuck in customs, I had to open a transaction dispute with my Bank. This company showed a complete lack of responsibility and customer support throughout the entire process. I made every effort to follow their policies and resolve the issue, but they refused to cooperate at every critical step. I would not recommend buying from Smileboxy. If something goes wrong, you are very unlikely to receive proper support or a fair resolution.

Ordered 23/02/26. Chased and arrived 10/03/26. Disappointed that not possible to adjust repeller level. £35 postage to return to China + 15% admin fee. Only got 10% refund of £99, which took 10 days to process so not happy. We always buy on Amazon so, from our experience, would advise anyone to think twice before ordering from this company.

Avoid dealing with these people at all costs. The cd player Ipurchased was poor quality and didn’t link to the car through Bluetooth so I asked for a return label and a refund and offered that they could collect the product if preferred. I was fobbed off with vague emails looking to avoid all contractual liabilities and have to go through a dispute resolution with the credit card company. Don’t buy from them as you will regret it!!

This product was terrible. I wanted to send it back and it cost so much to send back. they do it on purpose to make it not worth sending it back so you’re stuck with it. They should be upfront and tell you that this is gonna happen. I would recommend nobody. Nobody use this company never buy this product. I’m very very dissatisfied and angry about it.
