Customer service is terrible. On hold for 58 minutes, then they 🤥 lied told me no more charges and a return was not necessary. However the charges kept on coming. Please note the product did not whiten. Do not order.

BUYER BEWARE!! They lock you into a subscription without your knowledge. Reaching customer service was a nightmare. 45 minutes before anyone picked up! Then they couldn't reimburse me the charge. I was told it had to go to another dept, the Helpdesk. Which is confusing as I thought that is what customer service is. To top it off, the product doesn't even work. DO NOT PURCHASE!

They sign you up for a membership without your knowledge and then they automatically take money out of your account. It is almost impossible to get anyone to help you. I gave up after being on hold for 28 minutes and went to the chat function. They go multiple rounds of objections. It’s practically impossible to get them to cancel and you’re not getting your money refunded. Run - do not walk - away from this company, unless you need more stress in your life and a new hobby of trying to get your money back.

Product doesn’t work and then you nah e to pay to ship it back and they don’t refund the original shipping. Don’t waste your time or money on this waste of a product and company.

I had to call to get my 1st shipment. Finally came the same day as my 2nd. Wanted to cancel but 3rd was already billed for it and it was on the way. Was told to pay for sending it back ($10+) and they would refund the $65+ I was charged. Nope. Only got $49.96. Terrible service. Terrible company.

The process is terrible. There are no clear instructions about what’s happening, and I have no idea when or how the subscription was activated. I never received any confirmation or warning before being charged. I was advised that I would get my money back, but that hasn’t happened either. On top of that, the customer care representative I spoke with seemed completely untrained and had no idea how to help. This is unacceptable and extremely frustrating.

THIS COMPANY IS AN ABSOLUTE TOTAL SCAM. THEY SIGN YOU UP FOR A MEMBERSHIP FEE WITHOUT YOUR CONSENT AND MAKE MULTIPLE CHARGES. DO NOT BUYN FROM THEM!!!!!!

Don’t ever order from this company. They put me on an automatic membership that I did not authorize. You cannot reach them by phone, email or chat portal. I had to cancel my credit card to deal with them.
