Scam impossible to cancel & the product does not work.

Smileactive trial and installment plan is a scam. If you dont want to spend $200 for toothpaste DON’T DO IT.

Based on my experience, I strongly recommend that future customers avoid purchasing from Smileactives. On October 3, 2025, I received a balance due notice for $58.88, yet every attempt to pay was blocked by their own system. Each payment option failed with the same error message: “Sorry for the inconvenience, but this action cannot be completed at this time.” Customer service was equally inaccessible — the listed phone number did not connect me with anyone who could resolve the issue. Despite this, the company continued sending past due notices, creating unnecessary stress while offering no functional way to settle the account. This pattern reflects unfair billing practices and poor customer support. Consumers deserve transparency, working payment channels, and responsive service. Until Smileactives corrects these issues, I urge potential buyers to protect themselves by avoiding this company altogether.

Do not buy from this company. I thought I just signed up to get two bottles for $25 and not even through the first bottle. I get another one in the mail and they charge me $90. But they split it up into three payments they say. Why on earth would I have agreed to automatically be signed up for a subscription and pay $90 for a bottle of toothpaste. Being on hold forever, finally getting on the phone with somebody and they can’t even help you. They do not make it easy if you want to return it! horrible customer service. Oh and you can’t even log into their site and click on forget password cause you’ll never get an email.

I was locked in to a subscription I didn't sign up for. I tried to call to get a refund but they wouldn't do it. I simply don't understand as a company how you can blindly sign people up for a subscription and get away with it. I will never buy from this company again.

I have the same complaint as everyone else.. Way down in the fine print where you can’t see it or read it, it appears that you are signing up for a subscription whether you want to or not. I ordered the trial box and 30 days later I got a new shipment For which they were planning to charge me almost $150. I called up and said I did not have a subscription, and cancel it and refund my payments, and they told me no. It took a lot of argument, but they finally canceled my subscription but still wanted me to pay for the first box. I said no. Then they told me I had to return it at my own expense and they would reimburse me. I finally settled on them refunding Everything they had charged to my card except the payment for my original sample size box, and the shipping for the first months subscription, and I got to keep the box. And the bottom line, after more than 30 days of use, this slightly whiten my teeth, but does not work any better than anything else. Do not do business with this company. They hide the fact that they are a subscription and count on you not noticing until It’s too late. Unethical business practices.

DO NOT BUY!! TOTAL SCAM!! Product does not work and they put you on an automatic schedule and will not cancel orders.

Haven’t even received the product yet but the company is very deceiving. No where on the order did it show that it was a subscription. And it took 30 minutes of my time to cancel once I realized. I had to threaten to call my credit card company to get any action on their end.
