A complete SCAM. A hook and bait tactics, and a dubious customer service. You get enrolled in a subscription without your permission, you only figure out what just happened when you realize your form of original payment was recharged again. you can not stop them from shipping the product even if it has not processed yet on there end. when you complain, your told if your not happy then just ship the product back at your expense. the product is not as effective as they claim. save your self the headache and look at other products.

The product is good, however the company is a total scam, it will put you on a subscription without your permission. And it is Impossible to remove your card from their website. This is the most disloyal and scammy company. I’m not sure what their long business plan is because you don’t keep customers like this

I initially ordered a trial kit to try out on 11/27/25. I did not set up for any other orders or subscribe to anything. I didn't even make a customer account in the portal either. On Dec 28, 2025 I went onto my credit card to make a paymant and check any charges on there only to find a charge that I didn't authorize from Smilactives in the amount of $63.07 for a replenishment shipment with charges for Billing Summary as follows: MSRP $188.85 Your Discounted Price $164.85 Shipping and Handling $11.97 Estimated Tax $12.39 Total $189.21 Your total will be charged in 3 easy monthly payments of $63.07 I never authorizd this nor was I aware this would occur. I then made a customer account to view the details and see if I could cancel it through the site. I could not do this. I then called customer service and requested they stop the shipment and canel the order and my account and refund my credit card. She proceeded to tell me she was unable to stop the shipment since it was in process although when I pulled up the tracing number it showed as not yet processed for pickup form UPS. I pointed that out to her making her aware it was not even packged yet for pickup for UPS. She said they couldn't stop the shipment and I would have to get the shipment and then return it at my own cost at UPS and then wait 10days for it to be reviewed and then call them to request a refund which if approved then would take up to 3 weeks to occur which could at that point be 4 weeks later which would mean they would charge the 2nd charge to my credit card! This company is deceptive.

Product didn’t work for me as well as advertised. They sent me a second package that I was unaware of being shipped due to the small print. I worked out a solution of paying half of the bill and they told me to keep the product. Thinking I had resolved the issue I then received another bill for the balance as overdue. Called customer service again, they behaved as my solution with the previous agent never happened. I do not recommend this product for the reasons above and poor customer service.

Total scam signed me up for a subscription. Ended up going through three bottles over four months absolutely no results.

Mediocre product, bad customer service and false advertising..Company's TV ads show a 3.2 Oz bottle vs. the 1 OZ bottle they are promoting as a 2 for 1.

My teeth got a tiny bit whiter and I used this product for a month. The real problem I had was that the paste, added to my toothpaste, burned my mouth and gums. I had a few small areas that were a little irritated, not in a serious way, and after brushing with Smileactives, burned for half the day. Do not order this product, it does not do what it says.
