SmileactivesReviews of smileactives.com

Way over priced when you restock.. paid $25 for 2 small bottles and 2 pens .Restock 1 3 oz bottle and 2 pens, $145.00. Are you kidding me. Couldn't cancel the order.. but cancelled subscription will NEVER. Purchase again.. horrible way to treat customers.. I was canceling because I still have a bottle. Would have reordered. Not now.. I ll go back to trays .. jerks

If I could negative stars, I would. First, Smile actives did not whiten; it irritated my gums to the point I had no feeling in them for a week. Second, smileactives are sneaky with the auto refill and I ended up paying another $59 for additional product I could not use or feel safe giving to family/friends.Smile actives does not have free returns and requires you to ship product back with a tracking number so by the time I would pay for shipping and tracking, it would have been more of a hassle to return it and with their track record, I was not certain they would refund me. I called Smile Actives and canceled the subscription and got a confirmation email of the cancellation Nov 1. Then Smileactives charged me $29 over the next two months. I had to cancel my credit card and was out well over $100 for a product that was detrimental to my oral health.

If I could only rate them a 0!!! Or a negative 10! Their customer service does not exist, the product is overpriced and meh. They con you into paying ridiculous amounts of subscription funds. Im reporting them to the FTC.

Ordered the 2 for 24.95 special to give it a try. Read fine print cause in 6 wks a 7.6 ounce tube came in the mail I did not order. Was charged 90.00 for a tube I did not order. It's on web at QVC for 55.00. Called co. Never got a response.THIS IS A DEFINATE SCAM! If I can save some people from not ordering, I'll bite the bullet on the 90.00.

This company is awful. Customer service is just a hair above non existent. Very expensive after the first order. It’s not made clear that you’re signing up for a “subscription “ after the initial purchase. I cannot believe I was swindled into this “deal”. It was extremely time consuming to cancel

Make sure when you buy that they won't trick you into signing up for a subscription, which can even add up to ~$150. And send the item and charge you. Even if you return the shipment you didn't request by paying for the shipping by yourself, they will only refund the product fee. They won't return the shipping fee. So, if the product doesn't work for you or they send an unwanted shipment, don't send it back. Wherefore, you are paying for their shipment fee and the shipment fee for you to send them brand new items back. Moreover, this item made my teeth very sensitive.

Deceptive business practices. Charge you 3x automatically and auto ship.

I write this review to warn people not to purchase Smileactives. I used it for 2.5 weeks and didn't notice any improvement in the whiteness of my teeth. What's worse is that they refuse to pay return postage. They advertise a full refund, which is untrue. I paid $9 to ship back the product. So my refund will only be $25 minus 9 dollars. What a scam!
