Add me to the list of being scammed. Never signed for auto pay. Confirmed that I canceled, But April and May charged again. Cannot contact anyone. Going to my bank but not till pending charge actually goes through. Not even a good product. I bought the sample only.

Completely fraudulent company. I cancelled my subscription in February 2026. Got email confirmation. Got charged in March and now in April. And I am unable to contact anyone in the company to dispute these charges. So I will have to cancel the card just to rid myself of these leeches. Stay away and also the product is useless- don’t bother.

BUYER BEWARE; Product doesn’t work as advertised. (5-7 shades lighter in a week or two. Customer Service Rep. said NO REFUND which is basically “Ah Fan Gu you / “eat shiiiitake customer”. Quite the customer service disgrace. Phone rep. was Jedidiah thus an out of USA call center which takes $$ off the plate of US Citizens/Tax Payers to save BIG $$ for Smile Actives which is located in El Segundo, California in a 16sty. Office Building. TV marketing and I fell for it…and I’m sure millions more did too for a $90 tube of minty B. __. (we all know what the 2nd letter is..)

I placed a one time order in Mar 2026 for 2 small bottles of whitening paste ( 2 for 1 at $29 plus). I have used it twice daily with some sensitivity and with no difference in shades of white. I am continuing with it until the bottles are used up, but today I received a large bottle that I did not order. When calling customer service I learned that my membership allows a shipment every 3 months ( although it has only been 1 month) for 3 payments of 29.47 a month. I did not sign up for a subscription or membership. I know better . There was no notification of this new shipment. The agent I spoke with tried to give me 10 % off the April payment. When I said no, I did not order this and I will stop payment on it, she went away and came back with another story and offer. After 3 times of putting me on hold and my insisting I would not pay for anything beyond the first order and asking if she wanted to hear the report I was reading on Better Business Bureau she said "no, I already know that" and she cancelled the membership that I never signed up for in the first place and refunded my April payment. I also asked her to report my disgust at their ad I see on a daily basis referring to the yellow teeth of "old Nana and Papa" saying that if I had seen that ad before my first order, I would never have ordered in the first place because I am an old Nana but my teeth are not really very yellow . They are nice teeth that I would like to be whiter, that's all. Their ad is very disrespectful to the elderly. This company is for the birds and fraudulent as far as I am concerned.

I want my money back!! No way, however. I keep getting charged and not getting any products. Wish I had looked at reviews first.

Scam impossible to get refund or speak to a human customer service representative. Useless product!

These reviews are spot on, I use the whiting pen and this product burned my gums, I reached out and all they wanted to do is refund my payment. This company needs to be put out of business. These products are a hazard and are not safe to use. I also will be reporting them to the better business bureau.
