It's just not working
It's just not working. I'm still trying though. Some days I brush 3 times.I will give it at least a month.

No Results — Then a $59 Fee to Cancel
I should have checked Trustpilot before placing my order. I didn’t realize I had signed up for a subscription. When I received a notification about the next shipment, I immediately went to the website to cancel all future orders. I was canceling because I hadn’t seen the results I was hoping for and didn’t want to continue purchasing the product. To my surprise, canceling came with a $59 cancellation fee, which the company offered to let me pay either in full or in installments. That was especially surprising because, in my experience, many products in this category offer some type of satisfaction guarantee when customers don’t see the expected results. Here, instead of simply being able to stop future shipments, I was being charged an additional $59 to leave. I understand that the fee may have been disclosed somewhere in the terms, but that doesn’t change my opinion that this is a terrible customer experience. A significant fee for canceling a subscription should be made extremely clear before purchase, not something customers discover when they try to cancel. Be careful before ordering and make sure you understand exactly what you’re signing up for — including what it will cost you to stop.

Scam pricing structure. And no results from gel.
My experience was similar to the other reviewers. I tried SmileActives and saw very little difference. I called and cancelled within the evaluation window. I did not take the option to return the unused product, which was probably where I went wrong. If you return the product I think you can get a full refund. But I was willing to pay for the original kit that I used. But then the charges just keep coming. I called again and was informed that "with the billing option I chose, I was committed to 6 months of product." So they sent me out an over-sized container of the stuff (supposedly my last 3 months worth) and charged me over $80 for it. Total scam. If you truly believe in your product you don't have to push it on people with scammy pricing traps. And btw, I have continued to use it, just to get rid of it, and still don't see any results months later. Don't buy this product!!

I wrote to them to cancel my subscription. No response and the following week I received more product.

I did not get the results I was hoping…
I did not get the results I was hoping for. I canceled my subscription, and I was just charged. This is exactly why people hate subscription.

I see no whitening at all
I see no whitening at all. I brush my teeth three times a day. Please cancel my subscription. I DO NOT want any automatic refills.
