Product has very little effect on the teeth. Then they start taking ridiculous amounts of money from your account and will NOT refund it even after calling to cancel this stupid subscription. Beware!!!!

I was very disappointed with my experience with Smileactives. I ordered what I believed was a simple trial/sample product. Shortly afterward, I received another shipment and learned that I had been enrolled in a recurring subscription plan totaling approximately $100, billed at about $33 per month. In my experience, it was not clear that I was agreeing to ongoing shipments and recurring charges. I do not typically sign up for subscription services and would not have done so had I fully understood the arrangement. When I contacted customer service to cancel and return the product, I was informed that I would still be responsible for the remaining payments before any refund request could be processed. Although I had paid only the first installment, I was told I would need to pay the remaining balance before pursuing a refund. Consumers should carefully review the terms and conditions before ordering. Based on my experience, I will not order from Smileactives again.

Unable to contact company to cancel hidden auto subscription. Product does not meet my satisfaction. Very little whitening effect.

I dont like the brush it hurts my teeth and also they are charging me monthly when I didn’t sing up for auto ship. Now trying to get this stopped! Not happy at all!

Beware! I cancelled this subscription in July, BUT even in late September, I was still getting steep automatic charges on my credit card. I finally reached a real person in customer service and she said they did indeed cancel my subscription in July but they were continuing to charge me for orders they already sent. Very disingenuous and not transparent at all! Will never buy from such ads again. I feel very duped and am out of significant money for a product that does little.
