The product is great . But getting ahold of someone is impossible! I need to change my address and can’t contact anyone. They are on automatic payment from PayPal and I’m going to have to cancel in order to change my address

Been using this for a while, but my teeth are not yet where I want them. Hopefully they will get whiter. They are better now than when I started.

The product only whitens your teeth so far. It's very concentrated.

Stuff works but you must keep using it.

I ordered a trial sample of smile actives & did not think about it signing me up for auto shipment also. It does not take long for the next one come. I had tried the product for about 6 weeks without a significant brightening of my teeth. I called customer service and after a short wait I got a live person who was an exceptional customer service rep. (I wish I had remembered her name)I told her that I wanted to cancel the autoshipment & return the one that had come. She walked me thru the return process & we received the refund on our next credit card bill. I had seen the commercial for a long time and thought I would give it a try since it seemed to have a good return policy. I kept the original trial bottle have used it now for over 8 weeks now but without much difference. But, as in all products, they don't work for everyone the same. After my no hassle return, I would tell you to try it to see if it works for you. Their customer service made the trial process easy for me.

It definitely made my teeth quite a bit whiter BUT after much use the taste buds on the tip of my tongue are so very sensitive and get swollen. Also is the inside of my mouth right behind my lips feels funny, and is swollen. So I have had to stop using it.
