The customer service is horrible. I got an order even thou my next order was not supped to be delivered till October. I cancelled my subscription because of this and then they sent me another order. I was told that if orders are in process they are delivered however there was none process. They do not want to cancel the subscription.

The hidden "ship in 30 days" for a product you haven't even used half of is sneaky and very hard to stop. Although there is a return policy announced on the website, there is no way to cancel the subscription. I have looked excessively for a way to do it and it continually takes you back in a circle. When you call the phone number on the website it routes to the Philippines and the person talking absolutely refuses to listen and do what you ask. I had to tell her 5 times no and she continued trying to sell this product again. The company is still trying to charge me for a product I never wanted and doesn't work

My husband got transferred to Germany (PCS). We have now moved back to the states. The charging cord for my Smilactives vibrite model #RST2918 was lost in the move (along with all the other power cords, charging cords, and remotes that were all packed into one box). I was informed by Smilactives that I have to buy a whole new system (as you can't just buy the charging cord). Do NOT PURCHASE. REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE. Phillips Magnavox stereo (purchased in 1995) is missing both remote and power cord. Phillips Magnavox are actually sending me both for FREE. I'm more than happy to pay for the Smileactive charging cord. But they say you CAN NOT DO THAT. THAT YOU MUST BUY A WHOLE NEW KIT. DO NOT PURCHASE

ok product, TERRIBLE auto subscription/billing The product seems to work...Mild positive results. However, placing any order AUTOMATICALLY enrolls you in a subscription, only disclosed in the confirmation email (in very small print), along with a price hike of more than 3 times initial order, that they AUTOMATICALLY bill monthly. my initial price (with taxes) was 37.49. 30 days later i received a notice from my credit card of another charge of 41.68. i went to the website to cancel, and with no online cancellation option had to call customer service. It was not an easy call. They tried multiple ways to keep me from cancelling (you have to be persistent). I finally got them to cancel any additional shipments, after the second one. I figured i'd have to eat the 47.00 - which was fine because i think the product helps somewhat. This was when they dropped the other shoe. the 47.00 was really 141.00 billed in 47.00 increments monthly. BEWARE- while I have had mild positive results after 4 weeks, they AUTOMATICALLY enroll you in a subscription plan where they send you a 3 month supply and charge you 47.00 a month EVERY month. It's really a shame because i have had positive reults from the product.
